Vision
With my experience and calm presencemy calmness, I create a safe and open space where self-efficacy and trust can grow in the hope that self-efficacy can arise from this. The best thing about my job is the diverse life concepts of my clients: their worlds, their values, their relationships.
My vision is a healthcare landscape in which women’s marginalized primary care takes center stage. As a midwife, I am committed to fair healthcare with expertise, passion and close proximity to my clients.

Experience
After completing my studies at the ZHAW, I gained my first experience as a midwife in a midwifery practice, where I accompanied families during pregnancy, the postpartum period and women in recovery.
I then worked in a joint practice of pediatricians and gynecologists. In addition to the medical tasks, I experience the developmental phases of children in all their facets — whether within or outside the norm.
Later, I became involved in home birth assistance — a form of birth that requires careful selection, comprehensive preparation and a high level of professional presence. This work taught me to assess birth processes precisely, anticipate different scenarios, and respond confidently in critical moments.I learn to assess birth processes precisely, think ahead about possible scenarios, plan measures, and act confidently at critical moments. Working in the home environment deepens my confidence in physiological processes and strengthens my ability to provide calm and forward-looking support.
Since April 2023, I have been part of the family counseling team (MVB) in Zurich districts 3, 4 and 5. Together with my colleagues, I provide families with systemic and solution-oriented support — with the aim of opening up new perspectives and jointly developing sustainable solutions for everyday life.
Since 2022, I have been on the board of the Sustainable Obstetrics Interest Group (IG NGH), which is involved in the political debate throughout Switzerland.
